marriage and good sex?

My wife of 20 years is 41 years old and she used to shower and clean up and put something sexy on before we made love but now she wont shower or even put something nice on or perfume or even clean up down there . She said its because she does not like me to go down on her so that is why because she knows if she is not clean, i wont do it. I love doing that but she does not. She sued to let me go down on her alot and she even did me in the past but no more and i always took a shower and cleaned up. She wont even let me see or touch or kiss her breast. She keeps her arms over her shirt so i cant remove her top. I think she does not like her body but i think she is hot and i have told her many times, even when were not having sex. I told her we need foreplay but she seems to just want to get it over with and not get into it. She used to kiss me nice and do me alot. I know there is no other man. She just seems to not care about sex now. And counceling is out she says. Any ideas ???????/
